Preparing yourself for the worst with some fun, to hopefully not need (all of) it.
And someone around here once wrote something like: “As long as there is food, you will live.” Depends on the food maybe, but it made sense. Our bodies can repair a lot of things, we often don’t even know about nor fully understand. ^^
